Last month I posted about Kink.com's imminent The Upper Floor. I was a member of their Training of O site for a bit last year, and I've rejoined to have another look around inside. In particular, they have an Open Air BDSM shoot with two girls, and I've included some of the promotional images in this post.

This shoot was published in October last year, and follows the usual Training of O pattern: several days of what's billed as "slave training", that involves the site's director, James Mogul, setting goals and doing a series of SM and bondage scenes, leading up to a resolution, a sense of achievement, and the smiling "see, she didn't die" scene that Kink.com pioneered to deal with Bush's DoJ. Although this outdoor shoot was unusual in featuring two girls, Sara Faye and Claire Dames, rather than just one. And being in the open air of course.

Now, this isn't really slave training of course, but it's about as close as you get to D/s video pornography, and they do use some interesting gear and I like desperation, boot licking, and bondage stuff anyway

There's also a nice contrast between their tones at the start: Faye (in the picture) comes across as scene-aware and Dames as more of a BDSM websites model. James Mogul does also (apparently) artificially exaggerate this difference by making Dames the bad girl (as she didn't write the pre-shoot emails requested), which leaves Faye to be the good girl.

There's also some rather cool use of wooden beams, a bit like railway sleepers. In this picture you can see Dames still in the dog house and gagged. I'm not a huge fan of Mogul's delivery, I must admit, and he comes across as quite hesitant in several places. However, Lobo and Billy who step in as tops on day three manage to carry off some of the drill sergeant feel, particularly during one of the times the girls are marched or jogged around between locations on the 60 acres site.

The other thing I find slightly off-putting is the way the shoot descriptions pander to what I assume some people type into Google. For instance, an item on one day's plan is "Order her to hose off her filthy slut sister and march her into the barn to get fucked." And every video has to end with one or both of the men coming in or on the women after a lengthy dose of thrusting and moaning. I don't know whether including sex makes such a difference to the demographics of who will pay up, but Kink.com is the most successful BDSM pornography operation, so they must know what they're doing...

But as far as "BDSM TV" goes, this is the closest thing we have, and maybe Kink.com's reality TV style Upper Floor will go further. They're already about to show social interactions, rather than just scenes, so presumably that will involve people's discussions over dinner etc, at the very least.
