More on the Ownership Icons and Flag

Posted by Tanos on Mon 6 Nov 06, 10:38 AM

In the last few days, I've seen a bit of an upsurge in hits on www.ownershipflag.com and incoming links to it from people's blogs. There's now even some interest in third-party jewelry featuring the icons (anyone can go off and do this, as the icons' reproduction isn't restricted.)

First off, Obsequenda's blog has a post about liking the flag, and explaining the master and mistress icons.

Then Down on my Knees has a post which quotes the rationale for the flag. It also says "The House of Tanos is probably best known for the slave registry (the source of the barcode on this site's home page)" - since I'm trying to get away from only being seen as part of the BDSM play scene, with my major interest - M/s - being forgotten (how did that happen???) that's very gratifying :)

And there's a post on Melange's blog, quoting the flag description.

Finally Silverfoot has posted on the DOMestic blog about creating jewelry based on the icons: scrolling down you can see some drawings for the pendents and pins which look very smart.
