Headcage with TSA baggage inspection notice

A medium-sized headcage made by KUB in Pakistan but bought from Handcuff Warehouse in the US, where it's discontinued and at a reduced price (in cheap-to-buy US dollars too.) The picture shows a baggage inspection notice from the US Transport Safety Agency, saying they'd opened my bag and had a nose about in it. I left it near the top of the contents, wrapped only in clothes to make it easier to examine, as I guessed they would.
