Nemesis and the weekend

This weekend was a marathon for lili and popi, with a drive down to London for Purrr. As Purrr is a women-only event, I stayed at home, hacking a website about and eating pizza On Saturday night, we all headed over to Nemesis II in West Yorkshire, which seems to be on the way up again.

We've only started going to Nemesis again recently, with one visit last year. Nemesis was reorganised in the autumn and new pieces of equipment have appeared (including an excellent wide padded bench in one of the rooms which I understand we were the first to use ). They're also encouraging a wider range of scenes now, and starting to run afternoon workshops on topics like knives, rope etc.

It does feel as if more people are now involved in running it, and it's more outward looking. If you've not been before, or you stopped going in the last 18 months, I'd take the time to pay a visit.
