St Crispin's Day

Today is St Crispin's Day (a patron saint of leather workers, incidently.) On this day in 1415, an English army defeated a much larger French force, with losses of a few hundred at the most, compared to maybe 10,000 French dead.

As Shakespeare has Henry V say: "This story shall the good man teach his son; And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by, From this day to the ending of the world, But we in it shall be remember'd"
